Expenses in setting up and maintaining a web site:
Set up fee
Domain name registration
Internet Service Provider (Host)
( Start up fee and monthly rental fee for plan selected)
E-commerce sites will have fees for shopping carts, etc.
Site design and construction
Copy writing
Graphics: photograph/Illustration
Site maintenance: (Periodical checking of all links etc. Reports of site usage, Updates due to technology changes.)
Additional design and page updates.Design fees depend on the complexity of the site. This can range from a simple site of few pages for around $3000.00 to more involved sites for many thousands. Very complex sites such as Amazon.com can cost millions.
Payment Schedule:
1/3 - due with the approval of the site plan.
An estimated price for the site will be agreed upon at this point.1/2 - remainder due before actual construction
Price will be adjusted based upon design and content decisions. No increase will be made without prior approval of client.Final payment due 30 days after completion
Including any agreed upon adjustments.
