Photographing for the packaging for the K'nex Toy Co. was great for in addition to working with a fun product I was given the completed toy and asked to design and build the set. I've done everything from race cars on a wet track, prehistoric K'nex-a-sorus in a primeval setting complete with erupting volcano, to this space construction worker digging away on a far distant planet. Scroll below to view images.

The series of images shows the growth of the set from blocking in the Styrofoam mountain to the final texturing of the rock. Notice the "atmosphere maker" in the next to the last image which was moved during the photography to create the planet's sky.
